ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Founding Strategy & Operations hire to help build the operational and go-to-market foundation of Concourse from the ground up. This isn't a support role. You'll own critical functions, build systems that scale, and drive execution across GTM, operations, and strategy - working closely with the founders and broader team to move fast and win. You'll be one of our earliest operational hires, which means what you build now will shape how Concourse operates for years to come.
