About this role

Sales Development Manager Belgrade CompStak envisions a commercial real estate industry in which accurate and transparent data leads to better, faster deals for everyone. We gather critical information that is hard to access, then make it instantly and seamlessly available to our platform members. Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change) Work hours: Mon - Fri 2-10pm Belgrade time The is a key leadership role responsible for building and leading the outbound sales development team for CompStak's Exchange platform. CompStak Exchange is an innovative data platform that allows commercial real estate brokers, appraisers, and researchers to trade CRE transactional data across the U.S. The SDM will recruit and manage a team of high-volume outbound callers, introducing the platform to prospects in the U.S. and turning those conversations into qualified demos. The ideal candidate has hands-on cold-calling experience, understands the nuances of outbound conversations, and can translate that into daily coaching, measurable team improvements, and consistent results.
