Job Summary and Responsibilities University Campus Clinic - 2412 Cuming St Uncapped productivity bonuses $2,500 annual CEU's As an Independent Mental Health Therapist, you will provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy and counseling services to clients managing mental health challenges.Every day you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and maintain clinical documentation while managing your caseload.To be successful, you will demonstrate expert clinical judgment, strong therapeutic communication, and a commitment to professional development, ensuring high-quality, independent client care. Independently evaluates and/or assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients, and treats mental health disorders by conducting therapy sessions with patients utilizing various treatment modalities such as individual, group, family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals and provide crisis intervention when needed.
