Why is this Respiratory Therapist role different This location offers a highly stable, long-tenured team with strong collaboration and consistent operations. You will support a growing patient census while working with a dependable, supportive branch culture. Key highlights Work Arrangement: On-site with rotating on-call duties. Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Relocation assistance may be available. Growing branch adding staff due to rising patient census. Salary range $40 - $42 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. OnCall transparency Rotating on-call every 3 weeks; flexibility needed for occasional weekend coverage. What you'll do Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance Assess patient needs, document care
