One California Job Summary and Responsibilities Provides laboratory testing to inpatients and outpatients, quality control, instrument maintenance, and related record keeping and result reporting. Responsible for developing and maintaining a laboratory section (e.g., chemistry, microbiology, transfusion services/coagulation hematology/urinalysisPoint of Care Testing, Laboratory Information System) procedures, operations, technical activities, and training in accordance with all California State Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS/Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act/CLIA) Joint Commission (JC) regulatory guidelines and established MMCM policies.
