About this role
NPI Lead Granby, CT, United States Job Summary: The New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead will manage development and product introduction programs through the established phase-gate process, ensuring effective transition from R&D and development activities into manufacturing readiness and production release. This role will serve as the cross-functional lead between Product Line Management, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure technical, operational, quality, and documentation requirements are completed on schedule. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to support development activities directly, including technical troubleshooting, risk identification, data analysis, process improvement, and coordination of actions across multiple stakeholders. The NPI Lead will help improve time-to-market, strengthen product/process readiness, and ensure disciplined execution of new product and process introductions.
