As we scale internationally, Riyadh plays a strategic role as a hub supporting talent operations across MENA and APAC. This role is a key part of Cognition's international People Operations function, supporting hiring and employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures. The Role We are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across MENA and APAC markets. Based in Riyadh, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience. We are initially hiring on contract with the chance to go permanent after 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi national looking to build an international HR or talent career within a high growth technology company, with exposure far beyond a single market.
