ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a RevOps lead to build and own the systems that keep our revenue engine running-from pipeline management and forecasting to compensation and sales performance. You'll partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy across the funnel, and design automations that accelerate deals and improve predictability. In this role you will: - Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows - Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting - Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity - Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue
