Quality Engineer - Project Lead Sturtevant, WI Key Responsibilities Duties : The Quality Engineer - Project Lead at CNH Industrial America LLC in Sturtevant, WI will be responsible for focusing on addressing quality issues instantly as it pertains to Man/Method/Machine matters. Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services. Develop programs to focus employees on quality improvement. Conduct Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and Quality Control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at different stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Collect and analyze statistical data from processes to confirm compliance with established standards and identify deviations from those values. Develop, assure, and maintain the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 family of standards), quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, and process re-engineering. Develop policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components, and operations. Advise on new or enhanced methods, procedures, and standards. Implement new tooling for better process control and safety concerns. Collaborate with design engineering to propose changes for eliminating safety concerns and quality defects. Assist in reducing Application Protocol Data Unit (ADPU) by root cause countermeasure of daily defects. Replace missing
