CLEAR's Legal team is seeking an experienced and talented attorney to help manage commercial contract review and negotiation in support of CLEAR's secure identity business, including its consumer aviation product (CLEAR+), B2B secure identity platform (CLEAR1), and TSA PreCheck enrollment service. This position will report to another Senior Corporate Counsel and will play a key role supporting CLEAR's continued growth. What you'll do: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (e.g., partner, vendor, technology, and enterprise customer agreements). Advise business teams on legal, financial, and operational risks in commercial arrangements to support strategic decision-making. Structure and negotiate complex partnerships, including airline, airport, and identity ecosystem integrations, in alignment with CLEAR's business objectives. Partner cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to drive efficient deal execution. Develop and maintain scalable contracting processes, templates, and playbooks to support high-volume commercial activity.
