The Partner Success Manager, Premium Products will own the day-to-day success, performance, and experience of CLEAR's Premium Products partnerships. This role is critical in onboarding new partners, managing ongoing relationships, and driving performance optimization to unlock long-term value for both CLEAR and our partners. What you'll do: Own end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless launches and strong early performance Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day relationships and delivering a high-quality partner experience Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business Development to resolve issues and enhance partner outcomes Drive continuous optimization by testing, iterating, and implementing process improvements across the partner lifecycle Up to 10-15% of travel to meet with external partners How you'll measure success: Time to launch and successful activation of new partners Partner performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention, usage) Partner satisfaction and relationship health Operational efficiency and improvements in onboarding and support processes What you're great at:
