The Role We are looking for a Client Onboarding Associate to join the Onboarding Team at Clear Street. In this role, you will primarily focus on performing KYC screenings and data management to support both the Onboarding and Business teams. Requirements: - You have 2-3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, ideally within Equities Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing, or Security-Based Swaps. - You are client focused and understand how to maintain relationships through various market cycles and product innovations. - You are a strong team player, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment across different teams and levels, operating autonomously when required and as a team player when working on strategic initiatives, project demands occur or workload increases. - You have a basic understanding of FINRA and SEC regulatory
