You will work with other Acacia quality and reliability technical team members to conduct reliability tests, analyze data, and collaborate on understanding product performance and reliability through DfR analysis. Our small team of reliability engineers and technical leaders significantly impacts product releases through rapid, efficient and error-free qualification. We also improve product design through reliability testing while working in an agile and efficient environment where every member respects each other's talents and personality. Your Impact Responsibilities include: Execute qualification and reliability testing of Acacia products under the direction of a reliability engineer. Perform reliability testing using existing test platforms, fixturing, and software. Assist in validating and reporting test data related to reliability testing for novel photonic packages and die. Support the development and building of new test platforms. Develop knowledge and experience in optics design, manufacturing, testing, and reliability through test development assistance. Investigate failures and collaborate closely with Design and Process Development teams to determine root causes and implement reliability improvements.
