Your impact The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability in an automated manufacturing environment. This role provides engineering ownership of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for automated production systems, ensuring safe, stable, and cost-effective operation. The Maintenance Engineer partners closely with Manufacturing, Controls, and Maintenance teams to reduce downtime, extend asset life, and support production scaling. What You'll Do: Location: Onsite at our Phoenix, AZ Pinnacle office or our Mesa, AZ Skybridge facility. Reports to: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering - Assets Reliability Direct Reports: N/A Ensure that automated manufacturing equipment is reliable. This includes robots, PLC-controlled machines, conveyors, vision systems, and material handling equipment. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures, downtime events, and chronic equipment issues.
