We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Splunk's Data Platform - Data Orchestration (DO) team. You will be joining a team that is building with fast paced innovation, cutting edge technology and is central to Cisco Data Fabric vision. Your work will impact all components and services where searches are generated, stored, processed, and reasoned about across Splunk's suite of products and services. We give our engineers an environment in which they can contribute from day one while also providing learning and growth opportunities. You'll learn how our entire stack works, from data ingestion and storage to searching, reporting, and building dashboards, all in distributed environments. The work you'll do will directly impact the experience of our customers! Your Impact As a Technical Leader on the team, you will: Build high level design for multiple features by working in conjunction with other technical leaders and architects Lead a small set of engineers in development, execution and delivery of above features within Splunk release cycle Partner with Product team to ensure that features delivered make significant customer impact Be responsible for overall quality of the product by driving Developer
