Partner Sales Manager - Splunk Mexico City, Mexico Meet the Team: The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) for Splunk is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Splunk's partner ecosystem in the Mexican market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with strategic partners, driving sales growth, and enabling partners to successfully position and sell Splunk solutions. The PSM collaborates closely with partners, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and internal Cisco/Splunk teams to create joint sales strategies, increase pipeline generation, and expand market reach. Your Impact: The PSM will manage and develop relationships with Splunk partners across Mexico while driving revenue growth through partner engagement and collaboration. The role involves supporting partners with enablement, access to sales tools and programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The PSM will also work with internal teams to align strategies, monitor partner performance, and identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, and new business (NNL). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute partner sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, including iACV, TCV, and ARR. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Splunk partners in Mexico. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns. Drive pipeline generation initiatives focused on upgrades, expansion opportunities, and new logo acquisition. Work closely with RSMs and the sales organization to align partner strategies and execute joint account planning. Facilitate partner enablement programs, training, and certifications to strengthen partner capabilities. Monitor partner performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support
