We work closely with senior leadership to define and execute impactful segment strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Together, we build strong C-level relationships and lead transformational deals that expand our account footprint through upselling and cross-selling. Your Impact As an Associate Sales Trainee you will learn how to progress deals through the Introduction, Discovery, and Custom Demonstration stages with guidance from experienced team members. Learn to collaborate with Key Account Managers and participate in marketing events, gaining exposure to successful event execution and client engagement strategies. Participate in client-facing activities such as presentations, proposals, business case development, and product demonstrations, building communication and technical skills. Develop foundational knowledge in Sales Analytics and Sales Process excellence by shadowing senior sales engineers and engaging in hands-on training. Observe and understand how leaders inspire teams to drive growth, foster accountability, and prepare accurate sales forecasts for senior management.
