THE ROLE Cinder is hiring an Agent Product Manager to help design, deploy, and scale AI-powered systems for some of our most important customers. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed product role. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, risks, and goals, then use Cinder's platform to build and iterate on AI-driven solutions that operate in high-stakes, real-world environments. You'll move fluidly between product thinking and execution - shaping solutions alongside customers, partnering closely with Engineering and Design, and feeding real-world insight back into Cinder's core product roadmap.
