About this role

Senior Technical Recruiter San Francisco, CA, USA About the role We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle-from sourcing through offer-and help ensure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue building the team. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000 and up to $140,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to - Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance - Deliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Build strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach - Work closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes - Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress across searches - Partner cross-functionally with recruiting and People team members-including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and people partners-to support smooth and effective hiring processes - Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology To thrive in this role, you have - 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience - Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical
