About this role

Product Manager, MyPay San Francisco, CA, USA About the role We are hiring a strategic Product Manager to own MyPay , Chime's Earned Wage Access (EWA) product and one of the largest businesses in the company. As the PM for MyPay, you'll operate with an owner's mindset-running what is effectively an unofficial P&L-while shaping pricing, product strategy, and execution for a highly visible, revenue-driving product. This is a full-stack product role with significant executive exposure, regulatory complexity, and direct scrutiny from external stakeholders. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at 207,000 and up to 280,000 . Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This role is in-office in San Francisco Monday-Thursday every week. In this role, you can expect to - Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for MyPay, Chime's EWA product, grounded in deep understanding of member needs, behaviors, and financial realities - Frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems and translate them into clear product bets, hypotheses, and roadmaps - Balance short-term iteration with long-term vision, ensuring the product compounds member trust over time - Act as the unofficial GM of the business, owning pricing, growth, profitability, and long-term roadmap - Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering on a highly-regulated product surface - Anticipate regulatory change and translate ambiguity into clear product direction and execution plans - Present strategy, results, and
