Principal People Strategy & Program Manager San Francisco, CA, USA About the role We're looking for a Principal, People Strategy & Program Manager to drive the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance the People Team's strategic priorities and broader enterprise goals. Reporting to the Director, Head of People Strategy & Programs, this role is critical in turning strategy into action-combining structured planning, disciplined execution, analytical insight, and creative problem-solving. This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, with the ability to connect vision to execution, conduct data-driven analyses, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, comfort with data and ambiguity, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving team and company culture. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who listens first, builds trust-based relationships, and takes initiative to lead through influence rather than authority. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
