Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist at our vibrant Los Angeles headquarters, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local IT needs. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure a seamless and high-quality IT support experience for our executive team and staff by resolving technical issues, managing hardware and software provisioning, and maintaining the overall IT environment. You'll work closely with the IT team and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities: - Deliver responsive, white-glove technical support to executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and the broader Los Angeles office via ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person support - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, minimizing business disruption - Provide hands-on support for critical meetings, including video conferencing systems, presentation technology, and collaboration platforms -
