Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist at our vibrant Los Angeles headquarters, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local IT needs. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure a seamless and high-quality IT support experience for our executive team and staff by resolving technical issues, managing hardware and software provisioning, and maintaining the overall IT environment. You'll work closely with the IT team and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
