Role Overview: The Director of Supply Chain leads the company's integrated Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, Inventory/Materials, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Material Flow operations. This role owns enterprise material readiness and operational supply-chain execution across prototype, NPI, LRIP, rate ramp, and full-rate production environments. The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring production supportability through alignment across Manufacturing, Engineering, Programs, Finance, and Operations. The role serves as the operational integrator across the supply chain organization - driving planning discipline, shortage management, material prioritization, logistics execution, inventory strategy, and enterprise supply-chain operating cadence.
