Role Overview: - Lead Mission Assurance across Supplier Quality, Hardware Quality, and Configuration Management. - Establish independent assurance authority across manufacturing and supplier environments. - Ensure products, suppliers, and processes meet quality, compliance, traceability, and mission-readiness requirements. - Build scalable mission assurance systems supporting production scale. Responsibilities: - Lead supplier quality, manufacturing quality, inspection, and configuration management. - Drive CAPA, root-cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives. - Own configuration integrity including ECO/ECN governance and serialized tracking. - Maintain readiness for AS9100, FAR/DFARS, and audit/compliance requirements. - Partner cross-functionally on production readiness and supplier quality. Minimum Requirements: - 12+ years in quality, mission assurance, supplier quality, or configuration management leadership. - 5+ years managing multi-functional quality organizations. - Experience in aerospace, defense, RF, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing. - Strong understanding of configuration-controlled and serialized hardware environments.
