We are actively expanding our Finance Effectiveness team and seeking professionals ready to deliver measurable impact on the most pressing priorities of modern finance organizations. We are seeking a results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to lead workstreams and oversee day-to-day execution on finance transformation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience improving finance processes, enabling technology, and supporting change. The Manager will work closely with senior leaders and clients to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives. Key Responsibilities: · Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement across different Finance areas. · Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models for finance organizations. · Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards. · Coordinate day-to-day client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting. · Lead the development of key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs. · Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and technical knowledge development.
