Detailed Description Detailed Description: Process Design & NPI: Design and implement robust SMT manufacturing processes and tooling for new product introductions (NPI). Machine Optimization: Program and optimize complex SMT equipment (Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI) to maximize throughput and reliability. Data-Driven Performance: Utilize DOE and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze machine capability, minimize costs, and scale capacity. Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve critical technical issues involving products, processes, and components to ensure seamless production. DFM Collaboration: Provide technical feedback on DFM to product designers to enhance yield and manufacturability. System Integration: Integrate equipment, material flow, and information systems for peak operational efficiency. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Strong SMT Background: Deep expertise in every stage of the SMT assembly process like SPI, Pick and Place, Reflow etc. Typical Experience 4-8 years of working experience of SMT process engineering in electronics industry.
