This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and experience in multiple orgs administration. The individual must have recent hands-on implementation experience and will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Salesforce CoE. Experience with industry solutions like Manufacturing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, would be an additional benefit. Detailed Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Business Transformation leader to capture requirements and convert those requirements into Salesforce solutions Collaborate with the external SI to ensure the solutions being implemented are sound, expandable and supportable in the long run Create custom objects, fields, workflow and validation rules, list views and page layouts according to user requirements Create declarative flows and screen flows for end user needs Assist in the creation of organization-wide protocols for proper use of Salesforce Work with internal/external
