The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of industry experience and a solid understanding of complex production processes, with a specific focus on the assembly and integration of advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks. The Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight of production, ensuring line quality, maintaining safety, and maximizing team efficiency. Key Responsibilities Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Forecasting: Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets. Daily Operational Oversight: Receive production plans and directly coordinate personnel and materials to ensure that daily production goals (volume, quality, and deadlines) are met. Line Management and Efficiency: Directly manage and monitor production lines for the assembly of complex systems, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and process issues in real-time. Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality standards, perform in-line inspections, and collaborate with the Quality team to address defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions (8D).
