He/she focuses on embedding Advanced Product Quality Approach into the New Product Designing phases at Celestica, focusing on Cloud and Connectivity Solutions. This person is responsible for ensuring deployment of robust techniques and methodologies to enable quality to be built-in the development cycles and processes. He/she will be pivotal in executing new ways of working and enabling quality assurance and assessment to ensure our processes and products are engrained with high-quality in mind. This role ensures compliance to company standards, customer expectations, driving continuous improvements in product quality and manufacturing processes. Detailed Description This role specifically focuses on continuously improving the design quality framework, ensuring quality is inherently built into product designs and processes. Lead the quality assurance efforts for new product introductions, ensuring seamless transition from design to manufacturing, robust process capability, and superior product performance in the market.
