The incumbent may also attend to the offices and other areas from time to time. Other responsibilities include installing and configuring PCs, maintaining and upgrading clients, applications & operating system. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Provides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets Assists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Customer service orientation Troubleshooting & problem resolving skills Good Communication (both oral and written) Good knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
