This position acts as a strategic support lead for key corporate functions, including Legal and Human Resources, ensuring alignment across business units and facilitating cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to drive the company's growth and transformation objectives. You will help shape and execute Celestica's strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide structured problem solving and decision support to senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings consulting-grade analytical skills, strong executive communication, and comfort operating in a global environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director, Corporate Strategy & Chief of Staff, in managing strategic projects, and preparing executive presentations. Lead or support strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, identification of growth opportunities and setting strategic priorities.
