Engineer/Project Manager - Water Services Group Join a collaborative team delivering water infrastructure projects that support resilient, sustainable communities. As a Water Project Manager, you'll lead projects from planning through execution, balancing technical quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies; develop statements of work and work breakdown structures. Align internal teams and external stakeholders on project requirements, delivery plans, and expectations. Identify and manage project risks, monitor performance metrics, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes using established change‑management processes. Ensure compliance with company standards, project management procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations. Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and overall profitability. Review and approve client invoices, subcontractor and vendor invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments. Develop and manage project staffing and resource plans, including coordination of internal teams and procurement of outside resources. Provide clear direction to project team members, assign work, and support timely completion of project objectives. Coach and mentor project staff, provide performance feedback, and escalate issues as appropriate. Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and deliver high‑quality, on‑time project outcomes.
