About this role
Parts Specialist Sacramento, CA About the team and position As a Parts Specialists , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with parts identification, order fulfillment, and product recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, along with expert advice and outstanding service. You'll also help manage our inventory of parts and provide accurate, quality service to our internal shop team. Pay Range : $20-$22 hourly What you'll be doing Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer & technician needs. Source and order complex automotive parts for both customers and our internal shop team Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Collaborate with the internal shop team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally What you should have Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining compliance with safety and OEM standards.
