About this role
Automotive Wholesale Team Lead Rocklin, CA Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually Position Overview: This supervisory position manages a team of Wholesale Advocates to ensure that the daily operating procedures run smoothly and efficiently while working closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What you'll be doing: Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify team's strengths and weaknesses; determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve. Actively train, manage and develop the team by providing in the moment coaching, feedback and mentorship related to operations and customer experience; regularly communicating and coaching employees. Lead Associate Director, Area Manager and Operations Manager site visits and keep leaders up to speed on any changes occurring at the site level. Work with leadership to define team objectives. Generate, monitor and understand reports to support business needs while presenting to upper management. Provide vision and guidance for site specific “Areas of Responsibility”. Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and programs as well as by finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition. Regularly participate in recruiting and communicating with external candidates. Actively participate in the development and growth of the team. Manage site operations, consumer outreach, employee development and a portfolio of non-retail vehicles. Identify and make important strategic decisions within the scope of the role. Serve as a subject matter expert on vehicle trade intake operations and validation procedures. Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive customer- facing issues. Monitor
