About this role
Loan Servicing Team Lead Las Vegas, NV Axos Bank Target Range: $20.00 - $23.50 Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Within Loan Servicing, lead daily escrow administration/operations. Responsibilities: Assign exceptions and data integrity errors to staff and monitor completion to ensure completed timely and accurately. Develop and enhance monitoring reports. Research, delegate and resolve internal/external escalations. Provide direction, guidance and measurement tools to the department to ensure that operations meet service level agreements. Perform quality control reviews on operations staffs daily work to ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance. Providing feedback and coaching when needed. Review of department processes and procedures; provide ongoing training and updates. Identify operational efficiencies. Qualifications: HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ Years of related experience.
