WTP/WWTP Manager State/Province1 | Job Posting Country TH Thailand | State/Province Saraburi | Job Posting City Saraburi | City Zip Code 18120 Job Purpose and Impact The WTP/WWTP Manager role will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to business needs. In this role, you will lead team to executes routine activities, maintain, improve asset utilization and control quality to comply the standards. Key Accountabilities Manage team to maintain assets of Water Treatment Plant, Wasted Water Treatment Plant, Substation for both Saraburi and Korat and ensure all assets are in safe condition and ready to operate. Effectively control spending to ensure cost-effectiveness and responsible use of resources Ensure water and waste water have been treated and comply with all regulation Identify training opportunities/needs and facilitates training sessions for maintenance personnel with a focus on skills development, safety practices and work standards. Support operations by analyzing and formulating conclusions in regard to failures, downtime and lost production and identify opportunities to improve operator reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment. Coordinate the execution of complex repair procedures. Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for operations of assigned areas, (electrical, mechanical, systems, operations) which includes technical optimization of processes.
