Job Purpose and Impact The Turnaround Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of plant turnarounds, ensuring alignment with the Turnaround Excellence Project objectives. This role is critical for delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective shutdowns and startups while minimizing production downtime. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive continuous improvement in turnaround processes and performance.
