In this role, you will direct and run the activities of the team who evaluates distribution and transportation operations, data and less complex facilities to identify the most effective distribution and transportation patterns for products. You will use broad knowledge to establish policies appropriate for the function and interpret and recommend modifications to company policies and practices. Key Accountabilities Logistics Strategy & Network Optimization Define and execute regional logistic strategy aligned with business growth and supply chain objectives. Lead network design and optimization Drive efficiency through consolidation, standardization, and automation initiatives. Transportation & Distribution Management Oversee end-to-end transportation ensuring service reliability and cost efficiency. Optimize routing, load planning, and carrier allocation. Ensure business continuity through risk assessment and mitigation planning. Warehousing & Inventory Flow Lead warehouse operations with focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance. Optimize inventory positioning, flow, and throughput across the network Drive improvement in stock accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory visibility. Cost Management & Productivity
