This job manages and provides guidance on software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Key Accountabilities Lead the APAC ERP, RMS and SMT digital roadmap in collaboration with ERP, RMS and SMT leadership teams. Align Digital Technology initiatives to support functional priorities across all APAC markets. Work closely with Regional PMOs and in-country DT&D leads to drive successful execution at the local level. APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Leads the execution and develops strategies for application configuration to align with business goals. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Provides broad oversight for release management processes and the programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Establishes an open channel of communication with users and provides broad oversight and guidance on application support requests and needs. APPLICATION SUPPORT: Leads the team to conduct advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
