We're seeking a HR Business Partner to lead human resources functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborate with management on strategic decisions at our service centers. Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations Handle policy implementation, compliance, and documentation Investigate incidents and partner with the Division HR Manager on escalations Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions Maintain employee files and ensure accurate records Help managers navigate employee performance and feedback Analyze turnover, track HR metrics, and support reporting Serve as a "back-up" to Payroll when needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications What You Need: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience Ability to work full-time in-office Working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred This posting
