About the Role The Staff Product Manager - Platform will own critical platform capabilities that underpin every CaptivateIQ customer experience: Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Compliance. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core account and platform capabilities, including authentication, authorization, permissions, auditability, and compliance-related features. These systems ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market partners to build foundational platform capabilities and deliver meaningful business impact.
