About this role
Sales Development Representative remote We're Capsule-a venture-backed startup building AI-powered video tools for enterprise teams. Led by two serial founders who have scaled creative platforms for hundreds of millions of users, we're backed by top investors, including backers of Webflow, Figma, Slack, Flexport, OnDeck, Masterclass, and Replit. Capsule is the first video editing tool designed exclusively for work, and we're growing fast. Since leaving public beta, our platform has already helped hundreds of enterprises-including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart-create professional, on-brand videos at scale. The Role: We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Rep to help expand our existing outbound efforts into key target accounts. We've recently established our outbound motion and are looking for a driven, reflective and eager SDR to identify, prospect and contribute meaningful qualified pipeline opportunities for our Account Executive team to close. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to become an expert on our ICP and TAM and drive meaningful conversations with prospects. What You'll Do: - Prospect into target accounts with personalized, thoughtful and scalable messaging across multiple channels. - Complete thorough account research and account org chart mapping. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs with our established qualification criteria. - Handoff qualified opportunities to the sales team, scheduling meetings and follow-ups. - Assist in Marketing efforts for event outreach, tradeshows and company sponsored events. -
