Blending Team Member Shreveport, LA, USA Blending Team Member Shreveport, LA, USA Posted Monday, May 11, 2026 PURPOSE: The Blending Team Member position is responsible for preparing blends according to formulations and procedures developed by the lab. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure efficient execution of the Blend or Bulk fluids schedule Prepare blends according to formulations and procedures developed by the lab Responsible for the accuracy of all base oil and additive inventory Inventory count and reconciliation Coordinate with maintenance to ensure adequate time is allotted for scheduled maintenance and/or repairs Organize warehouse for cleanliness and safety at all times Maintain all safety standards, including wearing PPE as required Initiate corrective and preventative actions as needed Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of six months experience in a blending/packaging role Basic computer literacy Basic math skills Must be able to work any shift Must be able to pass pre-employment assessment Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs. PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: SAP experience COMPETENCIES: Must be capable of working in a team environment Excellent organizational skills Work with minimal supervision Self-motivated and detailed-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the company Fosters positive work relationships and is a solid team player Able to complete projects in a timely manner and get results Demonstration of Calumet Values - Safety, Environment
