Take ownership - Lead bunq's US finance and operations setup from launch readiness through live operations. - Own capital planning, liquidity planning, regulatory reporting, financial controls, and US GAAP requirements. - Build a finance and operations model that is scalable, automated, and ready for regulatory scrutiny. - Translate bunq's European neobanking model to the US context, identifying opportunities and pursuing them fast. - Partner with OCC, FDIC, auditors, advisors, vendors, internal teams, and the US Board with clear, accurate, and decisive financial leadership. - Build the US P&L model, improve unit economics, and help shorten the path to breakeven. - Design an AI-first operating model that removes manual work, speeds up insight, and strengthens control. - Build and lead the right
