About this role
Process Safety Manager - EMEA Sant Just Desvern Requisition Number: 45492 The EMEA Process Safety Manager will direct and support the development, improvement, implementation, execution, and sustainment of Bunge's Global Process Safety (GPS) and combustible dust programs in the Bunge's EMEA operational footprint. Typical chemical processes covered by this position are oilseed extraction with hexane and other solvents, ammonia refrigeration, hydrogenation, and other chemical processes. Combustible dust processes involve the storage, handling and conveyance of organic grains, grain products, and their associated combustible dusts. This individual is regionally responsible for driving continuous improvement and reduction in Serious Injury and Fatality exposures associated with hazardous chemicals and combustible dusts, across multiple stakeholder groups, business lines, and geographic regions to achieves “One Bunge”. Reports to the EMEA Safety Director. The main priorities of the position: Manage and implement of the Bunge Global Process Safety (GPS) and Combustible Dust Standards Provide appropriate feedback and check mechanisms to assure programs are functioning and reducing catastrophic incident risks Partner with Technology-CoE's (subject matter experts) to produce best in class process safety and combustible dust performance plans Enhance organizational visibility and sensitivity to catastrophic incident risks Participate in the Global Process Safety working group comprised of global experts and stakeholders Influence ke
