Manager Derivatives Compliance & Market Conduct Chesterfield, MO Requisition Number: 43232 A Day In The Life: Support the Global Derivatives Compliance Managers in maintaining and enhancing Bunge's global derivatives compliance & market conduct program. This role assists with regulatory advisory, coordinates critical exchange/clearing compliance activities, and contributes to market surveillance efforts across all international regulatory regimes, ensuring adherence to global best practices and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing: • Support derivatives compliance advisory, ensuring robust adherence to global regimes • Assist in researching and interpreting evolving global regulations, advise on complex documentation/trading agreements, and support communication with global traders, exchanges, and regulators • Support oversight of exchange-traded derivatives and clearing operations, gaining understanding of CFTC, EU NCAs and exchange rules. • Coordinate compliance activities across major global exchanges (e.g., CME, ICE, Matif Euronext, EEX, key Asian exchanges), including rule interpretations. • Manage position limits and aggregation rules and contribute to the hedge exemption applications to regulators or exchanges. • Design and conduct daily trade surveillance and report potential prohibited practices to the derivatives and market conduct compliance managers. • Ensure continuous adherence to global laws/exchange rules, adapting the program based on monitoring global regulatory actions and legislative changes. • Develop and deli
