What will you be doing as a Financial Reporting Specialist Europe The core focus of this role is to support US GAAP financial reporting in Europe to ensure complete, accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements for the region. It involves monthly, quarterly, and year-end routines, coordinating reporting processes, and analyzing financial data to improve quality and consistency. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Support month, quarter, and year-end financial close and reporting processes for Europe. Ensure compliance with US GAAP for European financial statements and accuracy of all financial statements/reporting packages. Perform analytical reviews to identify unusual movements or inconsistencies and align financial control practices. Support the alignment of accounting practices and review/align BBS accounting & reporting processes. Contribute to preparing US GAAP and reporting-related training activities for teams.
