What will you be doing as a Financial Reporting Manager Europe The core focus of this role is to support and guide the European close process by reviewing, challenging and validating financial reporting packages ensuring completeness, accuracy, timely reporting and compliance with US GAAP requirements. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Supporting month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial close processes by reviewing and validating financial statements and reporting packages across Europe. Ensuring financial data is complete, accurate, consistent and aligned across countries, while identifying and resolving discrepancies with local teams. Performing US GAAP analyses and contributing to technical accounting documentation, including complex topics Driving standardization and alignment of accounting and reporting practices across Europe to improve consistency and efficiency. Support the Financial reporting lead to bring expertise & alignment where needed for all projects taking place in the region - identify differences and help id
