As a key representative of our organization, you connect farmers and customers-helping keep us front and center in the global agriculture market. From commodity marketing and contract management to relationship development, your focus is on the effective origination of grains, oilseeds, and specialty crops. We are currently hiring for opportunities in: Grenfell, SK Swift Current, SK Humboldt, SK This is a fully in-office position. What You'll Be Doing Negotiate and manage grain contracts for an assigned customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Execute grain marketing programs to achieve targeted volumes and margins Educate farmers on grain marketing strategies and market opportunities Monitor and analyze agricultural trends to anticipate customer needs What You Bring to the Team A passion for agriculture and building strong, collaborative relationships Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency with digital tools, including spreadsheets and word processing in a Windows environment What We Offer Mentorship with exposure to and training in the agricultural business M
