What will you be doing as a Clearing Team Leader The core focus of this role is to ensure that all the processes in our clearing entities are performed correctly and on a timely basis. The role involves leading global projects actively to automate/improve trade workflows and reduce manual work. The position will manage the team of trade coordinators and analysts responsible for all aspects of back-office processing of futures and options trading. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Ensuring SOX controls are implemented effectively and that all trade‑related processes are fully documented and compliant. Providing proactive guidance and support to all trading entities using Bunge Chicago clearing services. Managing the Trade Support Team and overseeing limit management, system access, reconciliations and back‑office entries.
